Transformer 110/35kV Škoda Auto and 110kV connection to the substation

Elaboration of project documentation (construction and technological part). Complete delivery of HV technological equipment including HV power cables and cable sets, HV 35kV, LV 400V, backup power sources (DC system, inverters), HV/VV protection system sets including the superior control system. Construction of a three-storey BSP joint operations building, construction of a 2x680m HV cable route and construction of covered HV/LV transformer stands.

The main deliveries of technological equipment include HV connection to the 110kV substation with 240mm2 cables; power transformers with 110/35kV conversion, 25MVA; HV disconnectors, HV switches, HV bus system; HV 35kV substation with 16 fields; self-consumption transformer 35/0.4kV, 250kVA; electrical protection sets and delivery of the master control system including visualization.

Furthermore, control and signalling cables, cable routes, cable ducts and fire protection seals were delivered. Installation work, individual and complex tests.

Construction period from contract conclusion to start of trial operation 2 years.
